Given its natural, rugged beauty and its tremendous bio diversity, coffee growers here treat their organic farming practices and natural shade-canopy as an ecological imperative. We offer our Fair Trade Organic Rainforest Blend in support of these organic farmers, and of the rich rain forest ecology that they labor to protect and defend.
The coffees in this blend are South American, and principally from Brazil. The roast is a melange — a blend of two roast styles —medium and dark. Dark enough to deliver what lovers of deeply-roasted coffees are looking for... notes of brown sugar, molasses and caramellly, toasted marshmallow sweetness.
